How does the Everybody win promotion work?

Simply purchase a ticket between 6th June 2018 - 5th July 2018, register online and visit the Everybody Wins section at www.healthlottery.co.uk to claim your discount of one free ticket when you purchase a full price adult ticket at gate price for any of the resorts included in this promotion.

I asked my local retailer for more information about the offer/promotion but they did not know anything about it.

Which attractions are included?

London, Madame Tussauds London or Blackpool, The London, York, Edinburgh or Blackpool Tower Dungeons, The Blackpool Tower Eye, The Coca-Cola London Eye, Weymouth SEA LIFE Adventure Park, SEA LIFE centres & Sanctuaries in the UK (Birmingham, Great Yarmouth, Loch Lomond, Blackpool, Oban, Brighton, Manchester, Scarborough and Hunstanton).

Can I claim this offer more than once?

Yes! Each ticket purchased between this period entitles you to one code up and there is no maximum, however there is a maximum limit to the amount of codes that can be redeemed in one 24 hour period; the limit is 5 code per day. Further bookings using codes can be made after 24 hours have expired.

Can I use more than one code when I make my booking to receive more than one free ticket?

The maximum number of codes that can be redeemed in one transaction is five. An additional, new booking is required to claim use further codes.

How long is the voucher valid for?

The promo code can be redeemed at the attraction of choice until 31st May 2019.

What are the age restrictions and when should an adult ticket be purchased?

The age restrictions and accompanying adult requirements of vary by attraction and we recommend that you check the T&Cs specific to the attraction you would like to visit.

I buy my ticket from the local shop and do not have access to the internet; can I still get a voucher?

The promotion does require validation and registration online; you could ask a family member to do this on your behalf alternatively we do run offers specific to retail only players. Please check local press for details.

I purchased a ticket containing multiple lines however when I registered online and entered the code I only received one promo code, how do I obtain the other two?

Each ticket contains one qualifying Promo Code regardless of the number of entries made on the ticket; to activate additional Promo Codes you are required to purchase additional tickets.

Why is there a requirement to sign up using the internet?

In order for the retail ticket to be validated and the offer triggered, we do require input of details on our website followed by additional details on our partner website, this to ensure only eligible ticket holders are able to take advantage of the offer.

I don't want to submit my personal details to your website

Will my personal data be sold or shared with other companies?

Your details will never be sold to any 3rd party and all emails will be clearly marked as being sent by The Health Lottery. Please note that it is necessary that players receive customer service emails from The Health Lottery relating to your account and the game. I can't find the Promo Code on my retail ticket?

The 15 digit Promo Code can be found around three quarters of the way down the ticket, just under the barcode and appears in 3 blocks of 5 numbers.

I played online but didn't realise the pop up message would link me to the offer, how can I claim this?
